When will my puzzle arrive?
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Most AusPost parcels are delivered within 3-8 business days and Express Post parcels are delivered within 1-3 business days. Do please allow a little extra time in the current circumstances. For the shipping costs, please see Delivery and Returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Delivery times will depend on where you are in the world, and what service you require. Please check Delivery and Returns for the shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any duties that are applicable on import to your country.
Can I change my order?
Yes, if you’re quick! For you to get your puzzle as quickly as possible, we aim to despatch the next business day. If you have changed your mind and want to select a different puzzle, please email us on info@oflittlethings.com as quickly as possible and we will try to help.
Do you accept returns?

Help, my puzzle is missing a piece!
The systems in place at the factories means it is highly unlikely that there are any missing pieces. However, we do know that very occasionally it does happen. If you think you are missing a piece please do hunt high and low for it – we have found missing pieces in shoes, stuck to arms, in handbags, under the fridge, in dog bowls…the list goes on! Please continue to complete the puzzle and then email us an image of the missing piece. We will work together to replace the piece or your puzzle.
